Specializing in electronic composition, project management, and whatever he wants, Bradley Will has cultivated a varied career on stage, behind the scenes, on the road, in front of the glass, behind the glass, over the top, and under the radar.

Trained in composition and electronic production at the Berklee College of Music, Bradley came up performing and touring before turning his eye to record production, mixing, construction, and business development.

In 2018 he co-founded the Hollywood Workbench contracting company and oversaw a ten person operation that grossed $1 million a year.

Curiosity, understanding, and seeing for oneself are the principles that have guided him through a varied career spanning fifteen years.

When not idling in the sun with a book or inhaling records like krill, Bradley manages projects alongside renown studio design firm Unf*ck Projects and works as assistant to world class mastering engineer Ruaíri O’Flaherty.

He also administers the Live With Matt Rad podcast series and Discord server, a vibrant community of 2,000+ record makers at the cutting edge of today’s production discourse.
